Denise Quality Care Services is a dynamic, fast growing, forward thinking Domiciliary Care Agency, providing services to both

Individuals living in Essex and the surrounding areas.

We Provide tailor made services in order to assist and meet our clients’ needs.

We provide high quality domiciliary care services individually tailored to your needs in Essex.

We are trained to help adults who are:

  • Elderly
  • Recovering from illness or surgery
  • Terminally ill

As well as people who have:

  • Physical disabilities
  • Learning disabilities
  • Challenging behaviour

Our commitment is that:

All complaints will be taken seriously;

All complaints will be acted upon with fairness and impartiality;

You will receive a response within 24 hours of the complaint being made, and a final reply within 28 days;

If the complaint is upheld, you will receive a written apology and appropriate action will be taken to rectify the complaint, and you will be informed of what that action is.

Service Users are entitled to involve an impartial third party in the complaint procedure if they so wish.

Service Users and their representatives may take their complaints to persons in authority outside the Agency.

We specialise in providing carers and home care services to private individuals, clients from NHS Greater Essex, London, residential homes and local councils.

We aim to skilled Care to enable people to achieve their optimum state of health and wellbeing.

All people who receive services from Doris Okoroha-lzegbune and all people who visit the Service User will be treated with respect at all times.

We upload the human and citizenship rights of all people for whom we provide care and support.

Individual choice and personal decision-making are the right of all Service Users and these rights will be supported by all the people who work for Doris Okoroha-lzegbune.

The right of independence will be respected and encouraged for all Service Users.

The individual uniqueness of Service User will be recognised and all people will be treated with dignity and respect at all times.

The individual's requirement for privacy will be respected at all times and all information relating to individuals will be treated in a confidential manner.

We recognise the individual's need for personal fulfillment and aim to support Services Users to participate in their choise of individualised programmes of meaningful activity to satisfy their needs.
